Ryan K was amazing from start to finish. I was anxious about the whole car buying process as I didn't really know how it all worked properly, but he explained everything clearly and made it all so easy to understand. He talked me through returning my previous car to the finance company, gave me all the relevant info I needed and was always happy to answer any questions I had! (Which was ALOT!)

When the car I originally fell in love with in the show room had sold, Ryan went above and beyond to find me one that was almost identical! Sending me messages and pictures constantly making sure I was happy. Nothing was ever too much trouble. On handover day, he was still helping me with advice on my old car (which he didn’t have to do!) and gave me a thorough walk through with my new car. Highly recommend The New Car Group!
